Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Urban Scartify's Nexorai Cart platform supports cancellations, returns, and refunds subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. We recommend reading this policy before making a purchase. For any assistance, contact us at contact@urbanscartify.shop.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your Urban Scartify order before it is dispatched:

• Log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders"
• Select the order and click "Cancel Order"
• Provide a reason for cancellation
• A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please initiate a return upon delivery.

2.2 Cancellation by Urban Scartify

Urban Scartify (Nexorai Cart) reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Product unavailability or stock shortage
• Pricing errors or technical issues
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Inability to verify payment or delivery address

In such cases, you will be notified and receive a full refund within 7 business days.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Return Eligibility

Urban Scartify accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

• Is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Is accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
• Is not a non-returnable item (see Section 3.3)

3.2 How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Urban Scartify at contact@urbanscartify.shop with your order number and return reason
2. Our Nexorai Cart support team will confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours
3. A pick-up will be scheduled at your registered delivery address
4. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return on Urban Scartify:

• Perishable goods (food, beverages, flowers)
• Intimate apparel, swimwear, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
• Digital products, software, or downloadable content
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
• Products with tampered or removed serial numbers or IMEI

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Timeline

Once Urban Scartify's Nexorai Cart team approves your return or cancellation:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refund in 5–7 business days
• UPI / Net Banking: Refund in 3–5 business days
• Urban Scartify Wallet Credits: Instant — credited immediately upon approval
• Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7–10 business days

4.2 Partial Refunds

Urban Scartify may issue partial refunds in cases where:

• Only part of a multi-item order is returned
• The item shows signs of use or incomplete accessories
• Applicable restocking fees apply (disclosed at the time of return approval)

4.3 Refund for Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from Urban Scartify:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage
• Our Nexorai Cart team will prioritise your case with an expedited resolution
• You will receive either a replacement or full refund at your preference

5. Exchange Policy

Urban Scartify currently offers exchanges for size or colour variants of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate your preferred replacement item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

• Check your bank account statement
• Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary
• If still unresolved, email us at contact@urbanscartify.shop with your order number
